ABOUT ME
I’m 57, and for years I lived with perimenopause symptoms without realising what was happening to me and what they were. My confidence slipped away, my body felt unfamiliar, and I kept searching for answers - wanting the capable, confident version of myself back.
What I eventually discovered was that I wasn’t broken or failing. I was navigating menopause without the understanding or support I needed.
Finding MEnopause exists so others don’t have to go through that experience alone. It’s a supportive network built on shared understanding, honest conversation, and connection – helping you make sense of the changes, rebuild confidence, and feel like yourself again.
You’re not imagining it. You’re not alone. And you’re not losing who you are – you’re finding a new way forward.
Every woman’s journey through menopause is unique and what works for one woman may not work for another .
After years of living with endometriosis and polycystic ovaries, I hoped my menopause journey would be a smooth one. Instead, I experienced many of the symptoms – possibly more than I ever expected. Anxiety, brain fog, insomnia, hot flushes… just a few among the 100+ symptoms of menopause that can quietly take over daily life.
Finding MEnopause is building something genuinely important — this will resonate deeply with the right people
