Finding MEnopause was created for anyone who has felt confused, changed, or quietly worried that something was “wrong” with them.

Why Finding MEnopause?

Menopause is not one-size-fits-all. Every experience is different, and support should be too.

It’s a supportive network built on shared understanding, honest conversation, and connection—helping you make sense of the changes, rebuild confidence, and feel like yourself again.

Finding Menopause was created to offer a broad, compassionate approach to support – recognising that many people benefit from combining medical guidance with holistic and creative practices.

We believe in supporting the whole person, which is why Finding Menopause explores and supports options such as:

  • Meditation and mindfulness to help calm anxiety, improve sleep, and create space to breathe
